Route each request to a specialist Bot and confirm who owns the work.

About Master (Orchestrator)

Master (Orchestrator) is a Grok Bot template for routing work across a team of specialist Bots without turning the coordinator into another worker.

What it does

The x.ai listing describes a lean orchestrator that does not keep recurring personal, advertising, website, or desk tasks for itself. It routes an incoming request to the specialist that should own it and confirms the handoff instead of silently assuming that another Bot picked it up.

Farzad introduced Master (Orchestrator) as the orchestration layer used for his media business. The public description does not expose the full specialist roster, evaluation rules, or recovery behavior, so the template should be treated as a starting structure rather than proof that every handoff will complete.

Who it is for

The clearest fit is someone who already has several task-specific Bots and wants one entrance for delegating work. A user with only one or two simple workflows may add more coordination than they need. Teams using the template should still make ownership, completion criteria, and risky actions explicit.

Created by Farzad

Farzad shared Master (Orchestrator) during the first public wave of Grok Bot template links. His post says the Bot is running his media business and links directly to the x.ai page. The Hero metrics are X post interactions, not evidence that the template completed business tasks for everyone who opened it.

Public feedback

12 public replies reviewed on August 31, 2026. This is a small public sample, not verified install data.

  • One reply asked whether data flows back to the creator, showing that shared-Bot privacy is an unresolved user question in the thread.
  • Another person said Grok Bot usage was consumed quickly, which is a product-cost concern rather than a review of orchestration quality.
  • A technical reply argued that orchestrator prompts need versioned evaluations because one edit can break downstream workflows.
