Turn discovery or demo call context into customer-facing slides in Figma or Google Slides.

About Echo

Echo is a Grok Bot template for turning a discovery call, demo, or other customer conversation into slides based on what the customer actually said.

What it does

The current x.ai listing says Echo works with Figma or Google Slides and uses Granola or Gong notes. During setup it can optionally read sent Gmail messages to learn the user's writing style, asks for a template slide and brand guidance, and records which customer-facing content should appear.

Echo can update selected slides after an external call when the user opts in, or during a call after the user stops Granola and invokes the Bot. Its instructions say to wait when notes have not synced, avoid inventing statements, and not publish or share the deck automatically.

Who it is for

The clearest fit is a sales, customer-success, or consulting team that repeatedly converts call notes into a defined slide format. It is a poor fit without a reliable note source, an editable slide template, or permission to connect the relevant inbox and deck tools. Customer calls and sent email may contain sensitive material, so access and final slide copy still need review.

Krista Letz shared Echo with a short demonstration of the call-to-slide workflow. The Hero metrics measure interest in that launch post, not the number of decks created or customer outcomes.

Public feedback

20 public replies reviewed on September 20, 2026. This is a small public sample, not verified workflow telemetry.

  • Two replies highlighted mid-call slide updates as the most useful part of the idea, while another said the use case matched an immediate need.
  • Krista said she uses Granola or Gong for call notes and a Figma developer licence for the Figma workflow.
  • One reply reported that Grok Bot settings did not expose associated skills or memories, which could make iteration harder. The sample does not document an independently completed customer deck.
